| Summary, etc. | Pour l’auteur, l’essentiel du soin psychique a lieu dans un espace interdisciplinaire mais surtout transdisciplinaire que définissent certaines caractéristiques. Ce qu’il nomme « position transdisciplinaire » se situe à l’opposé d’une position omnipotente et omnisciente, supposant au contraire humilité et humanisme. Pluridisciplinarité, interdisciplinarité et transdisciplinarité sont distinguées. Dans l’espace transdisciplinaire, le soin psychique mobilise des processus aux frontières des mondes somatique et social, éventuellement dans des espaces clandestins. Dans ce contexte, l’approche psychanalytique se doit d’être ouverte, en transitionnalisant ces frontières sans nécessairement intégrer d’autres disciplines, dans une position transdisciplinaire où la fonction soignante est partagée, ce que l’auteur illustre. Pour lui, la parentalité est un exemple paradigmatique de transdisciplinarité ; il en fait dériver la notion de « parentalité soignante » (des parents, des professionnels, d’une institution, du social) qui désigne l’invariant transdisciplinaire commun à l’ensemble des professions soignantes. |

| Summary, etc. | The author defends the idea that the greater part of work in psychological care lies in a space which may be interdisciplinary, but is above all transdisciplinary. He describes the features of what he calls the “transdisciplinary position”, an internal position which requires neither expertise in all disciplines nor even a knowledge of them. This is due to the fact that the transdisciplinary position is the opposite of an omnipotent or omniscient position. It is instead a position based on humility and humanism. The author makes a distinction between pluridisciplinarity, interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity. Psychological care mostly takes place within inter- and transdisciplinary spaces because it principally concerns processes which are connected to borders, in particular those between the world of the body, and the social word. This is also the case as psychological care often takes place in clandestine spaces, in which it is not given institutional credence. The psychoanalytical approach must be open, not by integrating other disciplines but by broadening borders and making them more transitional. The transdisciplinary position posits the sharing of the role of carer. The author provides example of this. Incidentally, parenthood is a prototypical, paradigmatic example of transdisciplinarity. The author develops the notion of “caring parenthood” (of parents, professionals, an institution, social), which is eminently transdisciplinary. This notion designates the transdisciplinary invariable specific to all the professional caring positions. |

Describe las características de lo que llama una “posición transdisciplinaria”, una posición interna en la cual no se necesita ser experto en todas las disciplinas ni siquiera conocerlas, porque es el contrario de una posición omnipotente y omnisciente, que presupone al revés humildad y humanismo. Distingue la multidisciplinariedad de la interdisciplinariedad y transdisciplinariedad. La cura psíquica se desarolla principalmente en espacios interdisciplinarios o incluso transdisciplinarios porque moviliza prioritariamente procesos que atañen a las fronteras, en particular el mundo corporal, somático y social, y porque muy frecuentemente se realiza en espacios clandestinos, que no son aquellos designados institucionalmente. El enfoque psicoanalítico debe ser abierto, no tanto integrando otras disciplinas, sino transicionalizando estas fronteras. La posición transdisciplinaria supone un intercambio de la función curativa. El autor entrega una ilustración de esto. La parentalidad, por otro lado, es un ejemplo prototípico y paradigmático de transdisciplinariedad. El autor desarrolla la noción de « parentalidad curativa » (de padres, de profesionales, de una institución, del social), que es eminentemente transdisciplinaria, y que designa el invariante transdisciplinario, propio de todos los puestos profesionales curativos y de cada uno de ellos. |
