| Summary, etc. | M. et Mme S. ont adopté un bébé, Zoé, après l’échec d’un parcours de Procréation Médicalement Assistée. Une maladie chronique s’est développée chez l’enfant à l’âge de 4 ans. Déclencheur traumatique, cette pathologie a généré angoisse de mort et inquiétante étrangeté. Au-delà de Zoé, petite fille adoptée, familière et étrangère à la fois, le transgénérationnel a fait retour sous la forme du fantasme de toxicité familiale. Cette vignette clinique met en évidence la résonance psychique entre la vulnérabilité de la famille et celle de la thérapeute ainsi que ses effets sur le processus de soin. Mais se sentir vulnérables ensemble, dans le néo-groupe, ne peut être thérapeutique qu’à condition que le thérapeute familial puisse s’en extraire en dehors des séances. Ce travail d’élaboration psychique permettant de réamorcer la pensée n’est possible qu’à l’aide de prise de notes, supervisions, création artistique. |

| Summary, etc. | After a prolonged attempt at Assisted Reproductive Technology, Mr and Mrs Sillon adopted a baby, Zoé. À chronic illness was revealed when the child was four years old. Giving rise to psychological trauma, this sickness generated a fear of death accompanied by a sense of unsettling strangeness. More than just Zoé – an adopted little girl both familiar and a stranger due to her origins –, it’s the transgenerational that came back : the fantasy of a toxic family. This case study brings to light the vulnerability shared by therapist and family and shows how this common ground is essential to family therapy. Still, melding vulnerabilities in a neo-group (composed by the clinician and the family) can only be therapeutic if the family therapist can extract himself from the therapeutic setting between sessions. This work of psychic development allowing him or her to re-initiate his or her thought can only happen through notes taking, supervisions, artistic creation, etc. |

Un desencadenante traumático, esta enfermedad, ha generado ansiedad por la muerte y inquietante extrañeza. Más allá de Zoé, la niña adoptiva, familiar y extranjera en cuanto a sus orígenes, lo transgeneracional retorna, aparentado con una fantasía de toxicidad familiar. Esta viñeta clínica pone de relieve la resonancia psíquica de la vulnerabilidad entre el terapeuta y la familia, y cómo se coloca al servicio de la terapia familiar. Pero sentirse vulnerables juntos, en el neo-grupo (compuesto por terapeuta y familia), sólo puede ser terapéutico si el terapeuta familiar logra extraerse de las sesiones. Este trabajo de elaboración psíquica que le permita reiniciar su pensamiento sólo es posible mediante la toma de notas, las supervisiones, la creación artística, etc. |
