Summary, etc. | Résumé La généralisation des espaces numériques de travail à tous les établissements scolaires est fixée comme un objectif à atteindre par le ministère de l’Éducation nationale. Dans les faits, le déploiement des ENT s’opère de manière très progressive. Dans cet article, nous considérons les ENT comme des dispositifs techno-pédagogiques (Peraya, 1999) susceptibles de changer l’organisation de l’école, notamment dans son rapport au temps et à l’espace. Nous faisons l’hypothèse que la notion de distance doit être identifiée comme un facteur de développement d’usage à part entière et être explicitement prise en compte pour repenser la forme scolaire. |

Summary, etc. | Generalization of Virtual Learning Environments (VLE) to all secondary schools is set as a goal having to be achieved by the National Ministry of Education in France. In fact, the deployment of VLE is very gradual. In this paper we consider VLE as technical-pedagogical devices (Peraya, 1999) likely to change school organization, particularly in its relation to time and to space. We hypothesize that the concept of distance must be identified as an important factor in the development of uses and be explicitly taken into account to rethink the school concept. |
