| Summary, etc. | Notre travail de recherche propose d’étudier les dimensions de la Valeur de la Marque Employeur (VME) comme leviers d’attractivité d’un employeur potentiel à travers le prisme de l’ancienneté organisationnelle. Nos résultats confirment la pertinence de cette variable modératrice : en-deçà de 2 ans d’ancienneté organisationnelle, les salariés apparaissent principalement attirés par les dimensions de la VME relatives aux relations sociales positives alors qu’entre 3 et 5 ans d’ancienneté, c’est le développement des compétences et l’intérêt du travail qui apparaissent comme les principaux leviers d’attractivité employeur. Au-delà de 6 ans d’ancienneté, les relations sociales et un système de rémunération compétitif semblent être les leviers déterminants de l’attractivité d’un employeur. Notre recherche offre aux praticiens les leviers pour faire face à la guerre des talents à travers la valorisation sur-mesure des diverses dimensions de la proposition de valeur employeur. |

| Summary, etc. | Our paper examines the dimensions of employer brand value as levers of a potential employer attractiveness through organizational tenure. Results confirm the relevance of the segmentation thanks to this moderating variable: below 2 years of organizational tenure, employees are mainly attracted to brand value relative to positive social relations, whereas between 3 and 5 years of organizational tenure, skill development and the interest of work appear as the main levers of a potential employer attractiveness. Beyond 6 years of tenure, social relations and a competitive remuneration package seem to be the determining levers of an employer attractiveness. Our research provides useful insights to practitioners to successfully face the talent war through the fine-tuned valorization of the various dimensions of the employer value proposition. |
