| Summary, etc. | Durant trente ans, Droit et Société a publié des articles sur les réformes. Ce sujet est un angle d’attaque particulièrement approprié pour saisir les relations entre le droit et les questions sociales puisque c’est le moment précis où le premier est envisagé comme un moyen pour transformer les secondes. Entre 2010 et 2012, une série d’articles a plus particulièrement été consacrée aux réformes menées par le gouvernement de Nicolas Sarkozy. Cet ensemble met en évidence le regard propre à Droit et Société : une inscription dans le temps long, une grande attention aux textes, un fort engagement et un prisme d’analyse qui saisit désormais les réformes à travers le nouveau management public. Si l’on se penche sur des périodes plus anciennes et si l’on considère aujourd’hui l’ensemble des articles publiés en trente ans, nous pouvons distinguer six types de réformes et trois périodes privilégiant chacune certains de ces types. |

| Summary, etc. | For thirty years, Droit et Société has published articles on reforms. This is indeed an appropriate angle for seizing upon the relationship between law and social issues since this is the very moment when the former is viewed as a means of transforming the latter. Between 2010 and 2012, a series of articles were specifically devoted to reforms launched and conducted by Nicolas Sarkozy’ government. They highlight Droit et Société’s singular look: a long-term perspective, great attention to texts, a strong commitment, and an analytical lens that captures reforms through New Public Management. Looking at earlier periods and considering all the articles published in the last thirty years, we can distinguish six types of reforms and three periods which are all linked to some of these types. |
