L’UNESCO a largement contribué à ce travail mais il existe encore un écart important entre la proclamation de principes universels et la réalité du monde.Le moment est donc venu de poser les questions suivantes : l’initiative visant à élaborer des normes universelles a-t-elle été utile ou est-ce simplement illusoire ? Et comment le droit international participe-t-il à cette réflexion sur l’universalité des principes de la bioéthique ? |
