Les crises appellent des solutions communes et la pandémie de Covid-19 ne déroge pas à cette mécanique.Aussi, bien que l’Union européenne ait tardé à coordonner les politiques de ses membres, la pertinence des ressources et des instruments communs n’a pas été questionnée. La pandémie de Covid-19 lui donnera même l’occasion de se renforcer et de développer de nouvelles orientations quand bien même le chemin s’annonce particulièrement laborieux. |
