Cet article propose une immersion ethnographique au sein de la commanderie du Bontemps, une confrérie des vins de Bordeaux qui assure la promotion de ces grands crus en multipliant les activités sur l’île de Hong Kong, devenue le global wine hub. |

| Summary, etc. | In a few decades, French fine wines have been incorporated as one of the major luxury goods in social exchanges in China and also in the world of a transnational elite organizing social exchanges between Beijing and the rest of the world. This article offers an ethnographic immersion within the commanderie du Bontemps, a brotherhood of Bordeaux wines, that promotes these grands crus by increasing activities on the island of Hong Kong, which has become the global wine hub. |
