| Summary, etc. | Après deux décennies où la très forte coordination des négociations annuelles sur les salaires au niveau des branches avait organisé la déflation salariale, le « cycle d’automne » de l’année 2021 marque une rupture rendue possible par un mouvement contradictoire dans les deux secteurs de référence. Dans la métallurgie, la forte combativité syndicale permet d’arracher d’importantes hausses de salaire qui ont un effet d’entraînement. À l’inverse, dans les services, c’est la rupture du rôle dirigeant que joue traditionnellement le secteur du commerce qui permet à plusieurs branches d’obtenir des hausses supérieures à l’inflation. |
