Summary, etc. | Cet article vise à montrer que la présence de toc ne doit pas être prématurément associée à un diagnostic de névrose obsessionnelle. À partir d’un cas clinique, trois éléments théoriques nous permettront de soutenir que la névrose organisatrice des troubles n’est pas obsessionnelle ni psychotique mais hystérique. Ces trois éléments sont le lieu d’adresse du symptôme, l’identification et la sexualisation du symptôme. |

Summary, etc. | A Hysterical ocdThe aim of the present publication is to demonstrate that obsessive-compulsive disorders should not be prematurely associated with the diagnosis of obsessional neurosis. Illustrated by a clinical case, three theoretical points will allow us to demonstrate that the origin of the troubles’ organizing neurosis might be hysterical and not obsessional or psychotic.
