| Summary, etc. | Entre destructivité et conflit, le recours aux pulsions et à l’excitation constitue une médiation d’urgence. Cependant, pour les patients trop partagés entre excitation et pulsion, la médiation du psychodrame et de ses figurations donnent accès à une meilleure conflictualité transférentielle. À partir du jeu et de ses scansions, du groupe et du corps, meneurs de jeu, acteurs cothérapeutes et patients tirent parti de la spontanéité des associations libres. L’auteur montre comment, en proposant des figurations engagées dans les expressions transférentielles et contre-transférentielles des participants, on peut les promouvoir au niveau de représentations psychiques. Les figurations ont alors accès au statut de représentations, via le transfert. |
