La grossesse suivant une interruption médicale de grossesse favorise une actualisation du processus de deuil et peut ainsi contribuer à une élaboration de la perte précédente. À travers l’analyse de deux situations cliniques contrastées, les auteurs explorent, entre répétition de vie et répétition de mort, comment le destin initial d’incorporation peut évoluer soit vers une reconnaissance de la perte, soit au contraire vers une évolution mélancolique. |
