| Summary, etc. | À travers l’exemple d’un groupe thérapeutique en hôpital de jour de réadaptation, l’auteur explore les liens entre les problématiques rencontrées dans l’exercice professionnel des métiers du lien et la construction subjective de l’individu. Il est fait l’hypothèse qu’à travers la réactualisation des premières relations d’objet dans les mouvements transférentiels au sein du groupe et l’élaboration des résistances qui s’y déploient, le groupe peut devenir le lieu d’expression de la problématique psychique du patient. Le groupe peut alors favoriser chez l’individu des remaniements psychiques offrant une voie nouvelle d’appropriation subjective et permettant une reconnaissance des choix inconscients qui se sont déployés dans le champ du travail. |

| Summary, etc. | Using the example of a therapeutic group in a rehabilitation center, the author explores the link between the issues encountered within the professional practice and the individual’s subjective construction. A hypothesis is built according to which the actualization of the firts object-relations through the transferential movements within a group and the elaboration of resistances deployed can become a place of expression of the patient’s psychological issues. The group can then enable a change in the individual psychology opening the way for a new subjective appropriation and enabling the individual to identify the unconscious choices that have been made in the work place. |
