Aussi, la rencontre avec ces cliniques renferme un potentiel d’effroi traumatique. En ces termes, penser peut représenter un risque, une menace d’effraction et de folie. À partir de séquences cliniques, nous verrons comment lorsque le rapport au symbole n’est pas opérant, la prise en charge mobilise davantage les formes de langages archaïques en appui sur le corps, les éprouvés et la mise à l’épreuve. | Summary, etc. | The treatment of violent patients placed in medical-legal institutions is crossed by certain transferential and counter-transferential characteristics that mirror the narcissistic identity deficiencies from which these patients suffer. Also, the encounter with these clinics contains a potential for traumatic fright. In these terms, thinking can represent a risk, a threat of break-in and madness. Based on clinical sequences, we will see how when the relationship to the symbol is not operative, the treatment mobilises more archaic forms of language based on the body, experiences and testing.
