Summary, etc. | L’article présente l’analyse d’un parcours de recherche-formation qui s’est déroulé dans un lycée. Un groupe d’enseignants volontaires menés par un formateur s’est engagé dans un cours d’autoformation visant à prendre conscience des causes et des formes du malaise qui règnent dans l’école au niveau de ses diverses composantes (enseignants, élèves, familles). Le dispositif groupal a permis une transformation émotionnelle de la pensée de groupe, l’émergence d’une plus grande sensibilité au mal-être et a renforcé la communication et la cohésion du groupe. Il en résulte chez les enseignants un sentiment d’être plus compétents dans la recherche de stratégies pour prendre soin du malaise à l’école. |

Summary, etc. | The article presents the analysis of a research-training course taking place in a high school. One groups ofvolunteer teachers, conducted by a trainer, begin a self-training course to develop an awareness of the causes and forms of the malaise that pervades school in its various components (teachers, students, families).The groupal device allows an emotional transformation of in the group thinking. The process brings to light a greater sensitivity to face discomfort; at the same time it strengthens communication and group cohesion. This is an operation that allows teachers to feel more competent when seeking strategies to take care of malaise in school. |
