| Summary, etc. | L’article présente l’analyse d’un parcours de recherche-formation qui s’est déroulé dans un lycée. Un groupe d’enseignants volontaires menés par un formateur s’est engagé dans un cours d’autoformation visant à prendre conscience des causes et des formes du malaise qui règnent dans l’école au niveau de ses diverses composantes (enseignants, élèves, familles). Le dispositif groupal a permis une transformation émotionnelle de la pensée de groupe, l’émergence d’une plus grande sensibilité au mal-être et a renforcé la communication et la cohésion du groupe. Il en résulte chez les enseignants un sentiment d’être plus compétents dans la recherche de stratégies pour prendre soin du malaise à l’école. |

The process brings to light a greater sensitivity to face discomfort; at the same time it strengthens communication and group cohesion.
