| Summary, etc. | Cet article illustre une expérience de travail dans un service de santé mentale italien durant le premier confinement dû à la pandémie de Sars-CoV-2. De façon impromptue, les professionnels se sont retrouvés sans les usagers de leurs services et ont dû affronter non seulement leurs propres angoisses et peurs de la contagion et de la mort, mais aussi le vide contraint dans lequel ils devaient œuvrer. L’auteur réfléchit aux caractéristiques de la personnalité des travailleurs de la santé mentale, aux réactions des usagers face à l’isolement, et aux changements dans le cadre et l’état d’esprit du thérapeute lorsqu’il est contraint de transférer son travail en ligne. Ce changement a fait date et a peut-être permis de penser de façon nouvelle le sens de la limite et le besoin d’une plus grande humanisation des techniques d’intervention psychologique. Le retour au travail psychologique en présence confirme que rien n’est plus comme avant. |

| Summary, etc. | This paper describes an experience of working in an Italian mental health service during the first lockdown due to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. Operators suddenly found themselves without clients in their services and had to face not only their own anxieties and fears of contagion and death, but also the vacuum in which they were forced to operate. The author reflects on the personality characteristics of mental health professionals, the reactions of users to isolation, and the changes in the setting and mindset of the therapist when forced to move his work online. The change was epochal and perhaps allowed a new contact with the sense of limitation and the need for greater humanization of psychological intervention techniques. The return of psychological work in presence confirms that nothing is the same as before. |

| Summary, etc. | Questo articolo illustra un’esperienza di lavoro in un servizio di salute mentale italiano durante il primo confinamento dovuto alla pandemia da SARS-CoV-2. Gli operatori si sono improvvisamente ritrovati senza utenza nei loro servizi ed hanno dovuto affrontare non solo le proprie ansie e paure di contagio e di morte, ma anche il vuoto nel quale erano costretti a muoversi. L’autore riflette sulle caratteristiche di personalità degli addetti alle cure nella salute mentale, sulle reazioni degli utenti all’isolamento e sui cambiamenti nel setting e nell’assetto mentale del terapeuta nel momento in cui è stato costretto a trasferire online il proprio lavoro. Il cambiamento è stato epocale e forse ha permesso di contattare in modo nuovo il senso del limite e il bisogno di una maggiore umanizzazione delle tecniche d’intervento psicologico. Il ritorno del lavoro psicologico in presenza conferma che nulla è più come prima. |
