| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’auteur reconsidère les perversions et quelques théories psychanalytiques classiques selon une perspective nouvelle, proposant un critère original pour les approcher. Il ne considère les perversions ni comme des comportements sexuels spécifiques ni comme un type de fantasmes : pour lui la perversion est d’abord une impasse éthique. Est perverse toute relation sexuelle où la subjectivité de l’autre est employée comme un instrument pour le plaisir de l’Ego. Il ne s’agit donc pas d’un manque moral, mais bien d’une stratégie qui transforme une souffrance (la jalousie spécialement) en une jouissance, en manœuvrant l’autre comme un sujet : le chef-d’œuvre pervers consiste dans le fait de transformer l’exclusion traumatique du plaisir de l’autre ressentie par le sujet en un mode exclusif de jouissance sexuelle par ce même sujet. Dans cette perspective l’auteur reconstruit la phénoménologie éthique et subjective du voyeurisme et de l’exhibitionnisme, du sadisme et du masochisme, du fétichisme, des homosexuels pervers et des femmes perverses. |

| Summary, etc. | The author takes a new look at perversions and at the classical psychoanalytic theories on them, proposing an original criteria for approaching them. He does not consider perversions as specific sexual behaviors, nor as a certain type of fantasy : he considers perversion above all an ethical impasse. Every sexual relationship in which the subjectivity of the other is used as the Ego’s instrument of pleasure is perverse. Then, it is not a moral flaw, but a strategy transforming a sufferance (especially jealousy) in an enjoyment maneuvering the other as a subject : the perverse masterpiece consists in transmuting the trauma of one’s own exclusion from the others’ pleasure in an exclusive way to get sexual enjoyment. In this perspective, the author reconstructs the ethical and subjective phenomenology of voyeurism and exhibitionism, sadism and masochism, fetishism, perverse homosexuals and perverse women. |
