| Summary, etc. | RésuméÀ la télévision, la question du changement climatique peut apparaître dans des endroits très variés des grilles de programmation, et principalement selon des registres informatifs et éducatifs. L’analyse sémio-pragmatique d’un corpus de quatre émissions et documentaires menée dans cet article montre cependant une communication visuelle et linguistique davantage fondée sur la métaphore que sur l’imagerie et le discours scientifique. Catastrophisme et mises en scènes dignes des films-catastrophes sont largement présents et ancrés dans une rhétorique binaire où bien et mal s’affrontent. La vocation éducative se heurte ainsi au registre émotif largement convoqué. |

| Summary, etc. | The issue of climate change on TV can appear in diverse spots of the programming schedules and mostly as information and education. The semio-pragmatic analysis of a corpus of four programmes nonetheless shows that the visual and linguistic communication is more based on metaphor than on image and scientific discourse. Catastrophism and disaster movie staging are widely used and built into a binary rethoria of good versus evil. This results into a clash between the educational purpose and the emotional set-up. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenEn la televisión, la cuestión del cambio climático puede manifestarse en franjas muy variadas de la parrilla de programación, y desde enfoques tradicionalmente informativos y educativos. No obstante, en este artículo, el análisis semio-pragmático de un corpus de cuatro programas y documentales revela el peso de una comunicación visual y lingüística que tiende más hacia la metáfora que hacia el discurso e imágenes científicas. El catastrofismo y los montajes dignos de desastres de película son bastante frecuentes y se arraigan en una retórica binaria en la que se enfrentan el bien y el mal. La vocación educativa del programa se ajusta así al enfoque emotivo de procedimientos que son ampliamente utilizados. |
