| Summary, etc. | L’histoire de la bande dessinée montre que son invention même est liée à sa capacité à exister et à se diffuser sur différents supports : la presse (grand public ou spécialisée, de grand ou moyen voire petit format), le livre (l’album ou le roman graphique, voire le livre de poche) et aujourd’hui le numérique (avec Izneo ou le blog notamment). C’est pourquoi il est possible de montrer que la bande dessinée a réussi à se transposer sur des supports variés et donc à s’adapter, tout en maintenant une forte exigence au maintien global de son dispositif sémiotique, c’est-à-dire sans se trahir. On peut même se demander si elle ne s’est pas affirmée dans ce geste d’une transposition qui, à la fois, l’interroge et l’amène à revendiquer en acte sa singularité. C’est en tout cas l’hypothèse qu’explore cet article en analysant les rapports que noue la BD avec la presse, le livre et le numérique. |

| Summary, etc. | The history of comics shows that its invention is related to its ability to exist and spread in different media: the press (mainstream or specialized, large or medium or small), books (album, graphic novel or paperback) and now digital medias (e.g. Izneo or blogs). Comics have demonstrated their ability to transpose into various formats—and therefore to adapt—while maintaining the same overall semiotic system, i.e. without betraying. One might even wonder if this very transposition has been an affirmative action that is both questioning and confirming the singularity of comics. This article which is built on this assumption is an analysis of the relationships between comics on one hand and the press, books and digital medias on the other. |

| Summary, etc. | La historia del comic muestra que su invención tiene que ver con su capacidad de existir y difundirse a través de diferentes soportes y medios: la prensa (generalista o especializada, de formato grande, mediano o pequeño), el libro (como álbum o novela gráfica, incluso como libro de bolsillo), y hoy en día desde lo digital (con Izneo o en blogs por ejemplo). Por lo tanto se puede afirmar que el comic –la historieta– ha logrado transponerse entre soportes variados y adaptarse sin traicionarse, es decir manteniendo las exigencias globales de su dispositivo semiótico. Incluso puede surgir la cuestión de su auto-afirmación en ese gesto de transposición que la interroga y la lleva a reivindicar su singularidad de manera simultánea. Esa es la hipótesis que explora este artículo al analizar las relaciones del comic con la prensa, el libro y los medios digitales. |
