| Summary, etc. | Le fanatisme se décline sous des allures et des formes diverses à travers l’histoire. On peut distinguer plusieurs types de fanatiques dont l’inspiré, le possédé et l’initié. Dans tous les cas de figure, la finalité ultime du fanatique est la mort, aussi bien celle des ennemis que la sienne propre. La recherche active du martyre correspond à l’expansion narcissique finale de son groupe d’appartenance. Plus la mort est spectaculaire, plus la cause idéologique pour laquelle il se bat est magnifiée. La pratique du kamikaze, au sommet de cette hiérarchie sectaire est utilisée dans le but de terroriser les adversaires idéologiques. Et en se faisant exploser, le terroriste met en œuvre une véritable auto-apocalypse. |
