| Summary, etc. | Dans le cas d’effondrements dépressifs très précoces, la qualification des vécus de chute éprouvés par le patient avant même la constitution des représentations de son corps et de l’espace, est souvent très difficile. Le thérapeute est alors conduit à prêter une attention particulièrement fine à ses éprouvés corporels dans son contre-transfert et à proposer des figurations proches d’expériences sensorielles archaïques. Dans ce travail, les détours par l’art de la danse et par les cliniques de l’observation du bébé et de l’autisme peuvent s’avérer féconds. En appui sur la clinique d’ateliers danse proposés à de jeunes enfants autistes et à leurs parents, cet article évoque la possibilité d’une élaboration de la chute dépressive primaire par les retrouvailles avec un plaisir partagé d’une plongée en avant. Il met ainsi en lumière une étape discrète du développement du bébé de 4 à 5 mois qui intègre l’articulation du haut et du bas de son corps en expérimentant la plongée ludique dans le lien à l’autre. |

| Summary, etc. | In the case of very early depressive episodes, it is often very difficult to qualify the experiences of falling that the patient faces even before the constitution of representations of their body and space. Therapists have to pay close attention to their own bodily experiences in their countertransference and suggest representations that are as close as possible to archaic sensory experiences. In this work, detours through the art of dance and through infant observation and autism clinics can prove fruitful. Based on the clinical study of dance workshops offered to young autistic children and their parents, this paper discusses the possibility of elaborating the fall of primary depression through an encounter with the shared pleasure of diving forward. It thus highlights a discreet stage in the development of 4- to 5-month-old babies that integrates the upper and lower articulation of their body by experiencing the playful plunge into the bond to the other. |
