| Summary, etc. | Le psychologue clinicien en psychiatrie peut se trouver aujourd’hui confronté à des changements structuraux qui impactent sa pratique et le fonctionnement des équipes. Ce propos s’appuie sur l’expérience d’une mutation institutionnelle en cours : le soin institutionnel de longue durée se transformera progressivement en hébergement de type médico-social. Les effets du changement sont déjà présents ; des injonctions, de la confusion, de la déliaison gagnent du terrain. Nombreuses sont les questions qui apparaissent et qui agitent les professionnels des différents corps de métiers. Mais le dialogue s’avère complexe, et les équipes – psychologue inclus – se trouvent traversées par des mécanismes qui figent la pensée. Qu’est-ce qui permet alors de soutenir la réflexion à plusieurs ? Comment contribuer à l’émergence d’une pensée créative, dans ce contexte où la tâche primaire – organisateur principal d’une équipe – devient confuse ? Comment identifier les obstacles psychiques à l’œuvre afin de les dépasser ? |

| Summary, etc. | The clinical psychologist in psychiatry may find himself faced today with structural changes that impact his practice and the functioning of teams. This article is based on the experience of an ongoing institutional mutation: long-term institutional care will gradually be transformed into medico-social style nursing homes. The effects of the change are already present; injunctions, confusion and disconnection are gaining ground. Many questions are emerging and challenging the professionals of different professions. But dialogue is proving to be complex, and the teams – psychologists included – finds themselves affected by mechanisms that immobilize thinking. How can group reflection be sustained ? How can one contribute to the emergence of creative thinking in this context where the primary task – the main organizer of a team – becomes confused? How can the psychic obstacles at work be identified and overcome? |
