520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | More and more institutions or organizations recruit clinical psychologists with the aim of caring for their personnel in more or less specific contexts. This practice, which makes sense in the current period being traversed by institutions in the medico-social field in particular, raises questions concerning the position of the psychologist, his internal frame, and his capacities for reflection within the structures internal to the organization to which he belongs. Starting from an observation conducted on such a structure, and referring to the functioning of the intra-, inter- and transpsychic spaces within institutions, the author aims in this article is to name the hindrances to elaboration which can thereby be generated. Then, drawing on the notion of the included third, she presents the conditions in which the established internal structures can be considered as real spaces of thought, thus fulfilling a conflictual institutional function that can contribute to preserving collective and group self-reflexivity in the teams. |
