| Summary, etc. | Cet article se propose d’abord de lancer un débat autour du rôle de la justice et de ses institutions, en tant que garants métapsychiques et métasociaux, face à la puissance prédatrice et destructrice du narcissisme. À partir des vicissitudes du processus brésilien de re-démocratisation, nous prendrons comme analyseur des défis rencontrés, un projet mené dans une institution spécialisée dans la prise en charge des jeunes en conflit avec la Loi. Ensuite, nous discuterons des enjeux contemporains de la préservation des acquis des droits sociaux face aux récentes attaques prédatrices contre la démocratie. Il s’agit en effet d’approfondir le débat sur l’importance des institutions juridiques qui, dans le cadre des droits de l’homme engagés dans une démarche d’émancipation, constituent un étayage de l’interminable processus psychosocial d’humanisation qui vise à atténuer les effets destructeurs d’un narcissisme prédateur archaïque, menace permanente de conquêtes sociales. L’œuvre de Jean-Pierre Pinel sera un fil rouge de cette réflexion, puisque notre cher ami a consacré une bonne partie de son travail à la prise en charge des jeunes en grande difficulté avec la Loi. |

| Summary, etc. | The first aim of this article is to launch a debate on the role of justice and its institutions as metapsychic and metasocial guarantors in the face of the predatory and destructive power of narcissism. Based on the vicissitudes of the Brazilian re-democratization process, we will use a project carried out in an institution specializing in the care of young people in conflict with the law to analyse the challenges encountered. We will then discuss the contemporary issues involved in preserving established social rights in the face of recent predatory attacks on democracy. The aim is to further the debate on the importance of legal institutions which, in the context of human rights committed to emancipation, underpin the never-ending psychosocial process of humanization aimed at mitigating the destructive effects of archaic predatory narcissism, a permanent threat to social progess. The work of Jean-Pierre Pinel will be a common thread running through this reflection, since our dear friend devoted much of his work to the care of young people in serious difficulty with the law. |
