| Summary, etc. | Distance learning opens new perspectives in our psychosociological practices. Many obstacles can be identified, but there are also tremendous levers, particularly when it comes to distance mediation. The “remote object” method is one of these. It is an innovative technique for group dynamics. This article will present the context in which this method was conceived, describe how it is used at a distance and consider the effects it has on group dynamics and the group imaginary. To explore this, we will draw on our clinical experience of group training. Our reflections will be supported by a clinical illustration. This is part of a training course for counsellors and receptionists in mission locale. |

| Summary, etc. | Le distanciel ouvre de nouvelles perspectives dans nos pratiques psychosociologiques. De nombreux freins sont identifiables mais, également, de formidables leviers, en particulier concernant les médiations à distance. La méthode de l’« objet distanciel » est de celle-ci. Il s’agit d’une technique innovante au service de la dynamique de groupe. Cet article proposera une présentation du contexte où fut pensée cette méthode, une description de la manière de la conduire à distance ainsi qu’une réflexion quant aux effets qu’elle produit sur la dynamique de groupe et l’imaginaire groupal. Pour explorer ceci nous nous appuierons sur notre expérience clinique de groupe en formation. Notre réflexion sera étayée par une illustration clinique. Celle-ci s’inscrit dans le cadre d’une formation auprès de conseillers et chargés d’accueil en mission locale. |
