Summary, etc. Institutionalization process: the political community managers in French-speaking Belgium and in MoroccoBy responding to society’s communication imperatives, the political arena appropriates digital media. These new spaces upset the temporal dimension of the political debate and exchanges as well as the democratic practices, inviting citizens to intervene directly.By exploring the presence of the four indicators for institutionalization level -direct reporting to the president of the party, increased perception of seniority in the organization chart, integration with and acceptance from the other party’s functions, and finally the anchoring of evaluation methods-, this paper identifies the process of the emerging profession of political community manager in a comparative approach: Morocco – French-speaking Belgium.
