| Summary, etc. | Face aux enjeux de transversalité imposée par les fonctionnements en écosystèmes, se pose un cortège de risques liés à la sécurité des contenus informationnels. Le but de cette recherche est d’étudier les processus de gouvernance des tensions liées aux risques perçus. Pour cela, l’étude se focalise sur un écosystème de plus de 200 entreprises, œuvrant sur les nouveaux enjeux du secteur de la mode et du textile. L’étude axiomatico-inductive met en lumière une gouvernance informationnelle, co-élaborée chemin faisant par des démarches croisées d’interpreneurs aux valeurs partagées. L’étude montre quatre niveaux de formalisation d’une gouvernance informationnelle. |

| Summary, etc. | Cross-sectionality brings up particular challenges when operating in ecosystems, notably in terms of security of information risks. The aim of this research was to study the processes of governing informational tensions linked to perceived risks. To this end, the study focuses on an ecosystem of more than 200 companies in the northern French fashion and textile sector coming to grips with emerging challenges. Our axiomatico-inductive approach highlights the existence of a co-elaborated informational governance process among interpreneurs all having different objectives. The results of the study showed four interacting levels of the formalization of de facto informational governance. |
