| Summary, etc. | Depuis plus d’une décennie, l’Iran construit un réseau national d’internet (RNI) dans le cadre d’un projet de protectionnisme numérique. Ce projet a donné naissance à des plateformes numériques locales proposant les mêmes services que leurs homologues mondiales. L’une des plus importantes est Snapp !, la plateforme de transport à la demande, en position de monopole dans le secteur du transport. Pour gérer sa flotte de travailleurs, l’entreprise utilise les mêmes méthodes de management algorithmique que les plateformes internationales. Dans cet article, nous examinons la relation entre le RNI et le management algorithmique pratiqué par Snapp !, et ses conséquences sur les conditions de travail des travailleurs de plateforme. |

| Summary, etc. | For more than a decade, Iran has been building a national internet network (NIN) as part of a digital protectionism project. This project has given rise to local digital platforms offering the same services as their global counterparts. One of the most important of these is Snapp !, the on-demand transportation platform which enjoys a monopoly position in the transportation sector. To manage its workforce, the company practices the same algorithmic management methods as international platforms. In this article, we examine the relationship between the NIN and the algorithmic management practices employed by Snapp ! as well as its consequences on the working conditions of platform workers. |
