| Summary, etc. | Cet article apporte un éclairage sur les enjeux organisationnels de l’impasse communicationnelle onco-palliative dans la prise en charge hospitalière des patients en fin de vie. Nous abordons dans un premier temps la filiation dogmatique chrétienne de la culture palliative pour comprendre l’origine des valeurs défendues par les professionnels des soins palliatifs. Nous identifions ensuite deux idéologies thérapeutiques antagonistes inégalement insérées au sein de l’institution hospitalière, limitant fortement les interactions professionnelles. Nous analysons enfin l’impact de ces postures idéologiques et de cette problématique communicationnelle sur l’organisation des pratiques soignantes onco-palliatives. |

| Summary, etc. | This article sheds light on the organizational issues of the onco-palliative communication impasse in the care of end-of-life patients. We first address the Christian dogmatic basis of palliative culture in order to understand the origin of the values defended by palliative care professionals. We then identify two antagonistic therapeutic ideologies unevenly present within the hospital institution, which strongly limit professional interactions. Finally, we analyse the impact of these ideological positions and this communication problem on the organization of onco-palliative care practices. |
