| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’article est l’élaboration de la rencontre avec un sujet psychotique d’origine maghrébine. Il évoque la nécessité de s’attarder sur la construction de son rapport au monde, dans les lieux et dans les temps, utilisant le clivage comme une tentative de re-naissance. Les oscillations entre deux références culturelles peuvent menacer un équilibre psychique où la trace des identifications précoces d’une culture doit s’arrimer à l’actuel de l’autre culture. L’article fait le point sur cette clinique de l’« entre-deux ». Ensuite, il traitera du statut de la langue du sujet, « compromis » entre la langue maternelle et la langue d’accueil. L’article décrira également l’homophonie, la translittération, la traduction et la transcription comme autant de variantes possibles de l’expression de l’inconscient dans le travail analytique avec un patient migrant. L’inconscient universel sera reprécisé. Enfin, il décrira les outils thérapeutiques issus en partie de l’ethnopsychanalyse. |

This article analyses and evaluates what some call the in-betwen clinic. It also examines the question of the subject’s own language as a compromise between the mother tongue and the second language. It also describes homophony and transliteration, translation and transcription as various ways to express the unconscious in the psycho-analytical work with a migrant patient. The universal unconscious is dealt with as well. Finally, this article describes therapeutic tools stemming mainly from ethnopsychoanalysis. |
