Comment faire entendre auprès d’étudiants en gestion ce qui échappe à l’empire du positive thinking ? Enseignant à l’Université catholique de Louvain, l’auteur relate quelques situations où il a fait l’expérience dans ses cours d’une « négativité fade », qui ne se manifeste qu’à bas bruit, dans l’esquive, la fatigue, la défaite. L’hypothèse qui l’oriente est que la fadeur doit se pimenter pour qu’une rencontre ait lieu. Dans ce mouvement, l’esquive peut devenir risque d’altération, la fatigue pesante a une chance d’éclore en fatigue d’œuvre, la défaite se vit dans le décalage et la découverte de nouvelles forces d’exploration. L’article interroge les manières de procéder de façon oblique pour éprouver le négatif et accompagner ses transformations silencieuses. |

The assumption driving this analysis is that this fade must be spiced up for a meeting to take place. In this movement, the dodge risk can be altered, heavy fatigue has a chance to blossom into a working fatigue, the defeat in the offset and the discovery of new forces of exploration. The article examines the ways to proceed obliquely to experience the negative and how to accompany its silent transformations. |
