Ils sont aussi trois mondes de représentations différentes tant des problèmes que des demandes et des solutions recherchées ou attendues. Dans ce contexte, des étapes préalables au démarrage d’un processus d’intervention proprement dit s’avèrent indispensables.Les auteurs développent ces étapes et montrent comment elles permettent de déboucher sur un objectif et un processus d’intervention donnés, délimités par le mandat institutionnel qui tient ici une place centrale et qui définit le cadre dans lequel toute action peut s’insérer.Chaque travailleur institutionnel peut alors trouver sa juste place et remplir son rôle dans une co-construction en réflexion permanente au sein des équipes et dans un partenariat entre les 3 mondes. |
