| Summary, etc. | Le genre se définit comme un rapport social de domination entre les sexes historiquement et socialement situé et au centre duquel se pose comme enjeu la question du travail. Cette question concerne dans une actualité médiatique et politique vive les cliniciens de la vie psychique et du travail comme les chercheurs, les entreprises et les institutions, les politiques. Si ce rapport de domination est remis en cause depuis déjà plusieurs décennies, il ne disparaît pas. L’argumentation de cet article, fondée à la fois sur la psychodynamique du travail et la psychanalyse laplanchienne propose des hypothèses permettant de penser la pérennisation des rapports sociaux, leur transmission dans la famille ainsi que la manière dont ils participent de la construction subjective des enfants. |
