| Summary, etc. | L’équipe multidisciplinaire de la clinique de diabétologie de l’HUDERF a mis en place des ateliers de groupe pour les patients atteints de diabète axés sur le partenariat avec le patient. En 2022, 6 ateliers ont effectivement eu lieu, avec un total de 36 participant.e.s d’âges et de genres variés. Outre les thèmes définis des ateliers, divers sujets liés à l’impact du diabète sur la vie quotidienne ont été abordés. Afin d’évaluer la pertinence du projet, nous avons soumis un questionnaire de satisfaction aux sujets. L’appréciation globale a été très positive. Le partage d’expériences avec les autres a été apprécié et a permis de co-construire ensemble des émotions ainsi que d’éprouver un sentiment d’appartenance. Les ateliers ont aussi permis une contenance de l’angoisse des sujets, une (ré)appropriation de la maladie, mais également une augmentation des connaissances théoriques concernant la gestion du diabète. Le modèle proposé engage une redéfinition des rapports entre soignants et soignés en rendant les patients davantage acteurs de leurs soins. En conclusion, ces ateliers ont mis à jour un autre pan de notre clinique, venant compléter notre offre de soins. Nous avons à cœur de poursuivre cette proposition en co-construisant davantage encore le modèle avec les sujets. |

| Summary, etc. | The multidisciplinary team at the HUDERF diabetes clinic implements group workshops for patients with diabetes focused on patient partnership. In 2022, six workshops were held, with a total of thirty-six participants of various ages and genders. In addition to the defined workshop topics, a variety of topics related to the impact of diabetes on daily life were addressed. In order to evaluate the relevance of this project, we submitted a satisfaction questionnaire to the subjects. The overall assessment was very positive. The sharing of experiences with others was the most appreciated point and allowed us to co-construct emotions together (with the group), as well as encouraging a sense of belonging. Our group workshops also allowed a containment of the subjects’ anxiety, a (re)appropriation of the disease, along with an increase in theoretical knowledge regarding the management of diabetes. The proposed model involves a redefinition of the relationship between caregivers and patients by making patients more involved in their care. In conclusion, our group workshops brought to light another aspect of our clinic, complementing our care offer. We are keen to pursue this proposal by further improving the co-construction of the model with the subjects. |
