| Summary, etc. | Cet article aborde dans une perspective psychanalytique groupale la rencontre thérapeutique entre les parités que représentent un couple et des cothérapeutes. Nous y interrogeons la structuration du couple sous un regard anthropologique et faisons l’hypothèse d’une évolution d’un lien sacré unissant les partenaires du couple vers celui d’un lien narcissique. À l’aide d’une vignette clinique, nous illustrons la groupalité psychique mise au travail au sein du néo-groupe ainsi formé, laquelle implique une mobilisation des systèmes narcissiques. Nous précisons certains aspects du cadre lequel implique le choix d’un.e cothérapeute et nous interpellons les différences d’un tel travail thérapeutique opéré dans un cadre institutionnel ou libéral. |

| Summary, etc. | This article approaches from a group psychoanalytic perspective the therapeutic encounter between the parities represented by a couple and co-therapists. We question the structuring of the couple from an anthropological perspective and hypothesize an evolution of a sacred link uniting the partners of the couple toward that of a narcissistic link. With the help of a clinical vignette, we illustrate the psychic groupality put to work within the neo-group thus formed, which implies a mobilization of the narcissistic systems. We specify certain aspects of the framework which implies the choice of a co-therapist, and we question the differences of such therapeutic work carried out in an institutional or private framework. |
