Cette incursion du ministre de la Santé publique dans le champ des relations internationales interroge les processus de coordination entre les acteurs multiples d’une action sanitaire extérieure française, à l’œuvre depuis la fin des années 1940 entre nouveaux multilatéralismes et moments européens. |
