| Summary, etc. | The rainbow pattern was initially associated almost exclusively with Kaposi’s sarcoma. In recent years, it has been described in other inflammatory pathologies and especially tumours. We report a case of chronic palmoplantar keratoderma with a rainbow pattern on dermoscopy, in which skin biopsy revealed lichen planus. The presence of a rainbow pattern in lichen planus, especially palmoplantar lichen planus, is certainly rare, but it can sometimes be useful in the aetiological investigation and help in the positive diagnosis. |

| Summary, etc. | Le motif arc-en-ciel a longtemps été associé, de façon quasi exclusive, au sarcome de Kaposi. Il a cependant été décrit, au cours des dernières années, dans d’autres pathologies inflammatoires et, surtout, tumorales. Nous rapportons un cas de kératodermie palmoplantaire chronique adoptant une présentation arc-en-ciel à la dermoscopie, et dont la biopsie cutanée a révélé un lichen plan. La présence d’un motif arc-en-ciel en matière de lichen plan, surtout palmoplantaire, est rare. Son existence doit néanmoins être connue, et contribuer à l’enquête étiologique et au diagnostic positif. |
