| Summary, etc. | RésuméDans le cadre de notre équipe mobile pédopsychiatrique issue des projets-pilote d’outreaching visant à offrir des soins psychologiques ou psychiatriques à des enfants et adolescents à domicile, nous avons développé une approche associant thérapie de famille et sophrologie individuelle. Ces deux approches se révèlent très complémentaires, facilitant l’abord de familles en difficulté de verbalisation et de jeunes dont le corps est le réceptacle d’une souffrance psychique indicible. Cette approche sera illustrée par la présentation d’une situation clinique d’inceste au sein d’une famille à dynamique perverse. La sophrologie a permis de créer, pour la jeune, un espace de parole et de travail dont l’intimité, enfin préservée, lui a permis de se dire et de se penser. Cet outil a également favorisé la poursuite de la thérapie de famille et y a grandement contribué par l’apport de matériel clinique. |

| Summary, etc. | As part of the work of our Mobile Child Psychiatry Team, and within the scope of pilot outreaching projects that aims to provide psychological and psychiatric care to children and adolescents at home, we have developed a method that combines family therapy and individual sophrology. These two techniques prove extremely complementary as they enable us to get more easily close to families experiencing verbalisation problems, as well as young people whose bodies are the receptacle of an unutterable mental suffering. We describe this method through a clinical case study involving incest within a family with perverse dynamics. Sophrology enabled the implementation of a sphere of preserved intimacy where the young girl allowed herself to speak and work, which finally enabled her to talk and think of herself. This method also enabled the family therapy to go on, and greatly contributed to its success thanks to the clinical material it produced. |
