| Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article présente quelques éléments qui différencient la psychanalyse de l’approche systémique, tant au niveau pratique que théorique. Il aborde les dimensions développementales sur lesquelles repose la psychanalyse, qui identifient une approche non réductible à celle d’un système individuel fermé. Les interactions intersubjectives précoces, l’altérité et la dynamique relationnelle sont évidemment centrales dans le processus psychothérapique et présentes dans le transfert. Ensuite, à partir des pratiques et de la recherche, cet article revient sur quelques propositions concrètes intéressant les deux approches, notamment les modèles de formulation de cas, utiles sinon indispensables pour se projeter dans un travail psychothérapique avec un patient. |

| Summary, etc. | This article presents some elements which differentiate the psychoanalysis from the systemic approach, as well at a practical than at a theoretical level. It approaches the developmental dimensions on which psychoanalysis rests, which identify a non reducible approach with that of a closed individual system. The early intersubjective interactions, the otherness and relational dynamics are obviously central in the psychotherapy process and present in the transference. Then, starting from the practices and from research, this article reconsiders some specific issues interesting the two approaches, in particular the models of case formulation, useful if not essential for the clinician to project himself in a psychotherapy work with a patient. |
