| Summary, etc. | L’isomorphisme permet d’analyser le fonctionnement et les blocages d’une institution, mais aussi de mieux saisir les fonctionnements et blocages des patients dont elle s’occupe. À partir de quelques éléments qui sont propres au profil des mineurs étrangers non accompagnés, je vais tenter de montrer qu’on peut les retrouver au niveau du fonctionnement de l’équipe. Il ne s’agit pas seulement de mettre en évidence un parallèle mais de comprendre les mécanismes qui président à l’installation de celui-ci et des conséquences que l’on peut en tirer au niveau de notre pratique. Je développerai donc l’horizontalité comme mode de fonctionnement de l’équipe, l’instabilité dans la composition de celle-ci et enfin la circulation particulière de l’information. J’essaierai d’en tirer des pistes sur les moyens à se donner pour que la prise de conscience de cet isomorphisme puisse venir nourrir notre travail et que ce qui apparaît à première vue comme des obstacles se transforme en outil au service de notre population. |

| Summary, etc. | Isomorphism, emergency and instability in a center for Not Accompanied Foreign MinorsThe (dys)functioning of an institution can be analyzed from the isomorphism with its population. This point of view helps the workers to empathize with the people they have in charge. In this paper, we point out those similarities and we analyze the mechanisms leading to such phenomena in a center for unaccompanied foreign minors. Developing from characteristics commonly shared by those teenagers, we highlight the horizontality as a part of our team functioning, the instability in its composition and the particularities of the information flow. Finally, we show how the awareness of the isomorphism can improve our work and turns obstacles into tools to help our patients. |
