| Summary, etc. | Il y a quatre ans, l’idée d’écrire un livre sur le travail en hôpital de jour pédopsychiatrique a été semée par l’un d’entre nous. L’idée a germé et le manuscrit s’est construit avec l’ensemble de l’équipe. Des réunions ont permis à chacun de se dévoiler un peu plus, d’exprimer ses émotions, de dire ses envies. Des binômes, des trios se sont organisés, chacun a mis en mots ses pratiques, ses doutes, ses savoir-faire, ses réflexions, avec cette envie de transmettre, de témoigner, de partager.Quel est le modèle institutionnel qui a permis une écriture collective ? Selon nous, c’est une expérience préalable de travail alliant d’une part cadre, structure et exigence, et d’autre part, liberté, créativité et interactivité de chacun dans son travail. L’article reprend deux types d’ateliers décrits dans le livre (« psychomotricité/école » et « ateliers avec parents ») pour illustrer le contenu de l’ouvrage. Ensuite, c’est le processus écriture, mis en résonance avec le « modèle institutionnel », qui est présenté. |

| Summary, etc. | How to write a book as a team? Liberty and creativity, structure and interactivityFour years ago, the idea of writing a book as been sown by one of us. The idea has sown and the manuscript was built with the team. Meetings helped to allow one and another to reveal and express emotions, tell their wishes. Pairs and trios were organized; everyone put into words his professionalism, doubts, know-how, thinking, with a great desire to pass on, to testify, to share.What kind of institutional pattern has permitted that collective writing? According to us, this is a prior work experience formed with; in the one hand framework, structure and requirement, and on the other hand, liberty, creativity and interactivity of everyone in their work. The article reworks two types of workshops described in the book (« psychomotricity/school » and « workshop with parents ») to illustrate the book content. Then, the writing process is put in resonance with the « institutional pattern », which is here presented. |
