Le travail de collaboration interdisciplinaire, en lien avec le patient et sa famille, exige de coordonner les multiples expertises des divers professionnels dans l’inévitable corps à corps avec des situations médicales et psychosociales complexes. Les pratiques de collaboration interprofessionnelles doivent sans aucun doute être considérées comme des leviers de changements structurels, culturels et cliniques. Dans cet article, nous portons une attention particulière à la réunion interdisciplinaire comme moment ritualisé et structuré de travail collectif avec des patients hospitalisés et leurs proches. |
