L’espace de supervision peut en être un, qu’il soit préventif ou curatif. Nous chercherons à comprendre ce qui constitue la spécificité d’un tel espace/temps, et à préciser quelques manières de faire pour poser la mise en place d’un cadre de travail défini comme une « matrice d’empathie ». L’espace de supervision doit pouvoir soutenir un processus d’intelligence collective. |

The space of supervision can be one among them, whether it is preventive or curative.
