520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc.
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The “inter-institutional” and its implicit rulesIn this article, we show the value for clinical practice to consider as “making system” the institutions that are successively involved in the follow-up of a situation, or that are in charge of a same family all together. In fact, beside the official programs of each institution, implicit rules are developed, that regulate this macro system that we call “inter-institutional”. A systemic point of view on the emergence of this implicit rules allows us often to understand how the different logics used by the different professionals in their interventions are articulated; it helps us also to understand the conditions in which we are involved in our practice.
