A travers le regard de l’autre et la reconnaissance de son altérité, en croisant nos perceptions et en co-construisant nos interventions, chacune peut exprimer un style qui lui est propre. Ce style est nourri par l’identification et la différenciation de l’autre et par les liens qui se tissent. Cette alliance thérapeutique nous apporte une sécurité affective qui nous donne la possibilité d’être encore plus créatives dans nos interventions. Travailler en co-thérapie nécessite donc une adaptation réciproque qui agit comme une véritable alchimie entre les professionnels. |
