| Summary, etc. | RésuméCette recherche étudie l’efficience d’un réseau entre Protection Maternelle et Infantile et Psychiatrie Périnatale avec l’hypothèse de souffrance diffuses autour du bébé. Les signes de souffrance de 52 dyades mère-bébé tout venant sont évalués au post-partum immédiat, à 3 mois, 6 mois et un an avec une double méthodologie, outillée (EPDS, ADBB, PIPE) et clinique (observation inspirée de la méthode de Bick et entretien). L’efficience repose sur un maillage de dispositifs qui permet successivement des interventions en prévention primaire, secondaire puis dans un engagement thérapeutique. Le repérage de la souffrance est discuté ainsi que l’intérêt stratégique du suivi longitudinal des dyades. |

| Summary, etc. | This research studies the efficiency of a network between Well-Baby clinic (in France : Maternal and Infantile Protection) and Perinatal Psychiatry with the hypothesis of diffused sufferings around the baby. The signs of sufferings of 52 dyads attending a community « well-baby clinic » are valued at the immediate post-partum, to 3 months, 6 months and one year with a double methodology, scaled with standardized instruments (EPDS, ADBB, PIPE) and clinical (inspired from infant observation according to Bick and discussion). The efficiency depends on the net of devices that allows successively interventions in primary, secondary prevention and then in a psychotherapeutic engagement. The problem of recognizing sufferings is discussed as well as the strategic interest of the longitudinal following of dyads. |
