| Summary, etc. | Parmi les agones dédiés à l’empereur Hadrien, les Hadianeia d’Éphèse sont ceux qui possèdent la documentation épigraphique et numismatique la plus abondante. Jusqu’à présent, la date de la première célébration n’avait toujours pas pu être définie par les recherches sur ces jeux. L’hypothèse de cette étude est de démontrer que les premiers jeux eurent lieu en 131 après J.-C. À cette fin, on analysera les données épigraphiques en lien avec les compétitions sur lesquelles insistent les deux premières lettres écrites par l’empereur Hadrien au « Synode timélique et itinérant des vainqueurs sacrés et couronnés artistes de Dionysos » mentionnées sur une stèle découverte à Alexandrie de Troade. |

| Summary, etc. | The First Celebration of the Hadrianeia of EphesusAmong the agones dedicated to the Emperor Hadrian, the Hadrianeia of Ephesus are the best documented ones, both in terms of epigraphic and numismatic evidence. The still unresolved issue concerning these games is the year in which they first took place. This paper aims to identify the first year of the Hadrianeia as 131 AD, by means of the analysis of the epigraphic evidence, with special focus on the first two letters written by Hadrian to “The travelling thymelic synod of the sacred-victor stephanitic technitae attached to Dionysus” and preserved in a stele found in Alexandreia Troas. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenDe entre los agones dedicados al emperador Adriano, las Hadrianeia de Éfeso son los que presentan una mayor cantidad de documentación epigráfica y numismática. La cuestión principal que aún no ha sido resuelta por los investigadores es el año en que tuvo lugar la primera celebración. El presente artículo intenta demostrar que la primera realización de las Hadrianeia tuvo lugar en el año 131 d.C. Para ello, se analizará la epigrafía referente a las competiciones haciendo hincapié en las dos primeras cartas escritas por el emperador Adriano al “Sínodo Timélico e Itinerante de los vencedores sagrados y coronados artistas de Dionisos” recogidas en una estela hallada en Alejandría en la Tróade. |
