| Summary, etc. | L’historiographie des recherches sur les banquets dans les cités grecques est faite en tenant compte de la bibliographie parue entre 1991 et 2011. La présentation des recherches nouvelles suit d’abord l’ordre chronologique depuis l’époque mycénienne jusqu’au monde hellénistique, puis s’arrête sur certains thèmes : les repas faits dans le cadre des associations, les discours sur la nourriture et les banquets, la présence des hommes et des femmes au banquet. |
