| Summary, etc. | Ce travail repose sur l’exposé de cas cliniques de femmes avec enfants en demande d’asile en France. Il tente de mettre en exergue les questions qui s’ouvrent en pareil cas concernant la santé mentale actuelle et future des enfants accompagnant leur mère traumatisée du fait d’événements majeurs (menace de mort, tentative d’assassinat, viol…). Le contexte grave étant à l’origine de la migration, à considérer ici comme unique issue de survie et non comme occurrence de réalisation de désir, fait de violence absolue, pourra-t-il être parlé et donner lieu à une « transmission élaborante », ouvrir à un dégagement, à un dépassement des logiques de survie ? |

It attempts to highlight current and future mental health issues for the children accompanying mothers who have been traumatised by major events (death threats, attempted murder, rape, etc.). Can the dire situation of unbridled violence that forced migration (considered here to be the sole issue ensuring survival and not as an instance of realisation of desire) be talked about and give rise to a “positive transmission”, opening out to a form of release and overcoming the mere logic of survival ? |
