| Summary, etc. | RésuméLe présent travail aborde le thème de la violence lors de la phase fœtale en essayant de l’envisager en tant qu’enregistrement mnésique, comme une inscription en quête de représentation et possédant la force d’un destin. La violence – psychologique et/ou physique – traduit l’incapacité des parents à régler leurs problèmes par la voie psychique. Des fragments d’un cas de thérapie familiale psychanalytique, mené dans les locaux d’un hôpital d’université public, ont été pris pour exemple. La famille en question était composée du père, de la mère et du fils, que nous appellerons Bertolet, alors âgé de 35 ans. Les accidents répétés subis par Bertolet semblaient avoir pour but de donner à son histoire la cohérence émotionnelle et l’unité de ce qu’il avait vécu au niveau des sensations, dans son passé prénatal et qui étaient restées gravées dans sa mémoire. |

| Summary, etc. | This paper discusses violence undergone by the fetus, taking it as a mnemonic register, a mark in search of representation, with the strength of a destiny. Violence – psychological and/or physical – points out that parents are unable to resolve their problems psychologically. Fragments of a psychoanalytical family therapy case that took place in a public university hospital were used : a family composed by parents and a 35 year old son, Bertolet. The son suffered from repeated accidents that we took as able to explain, to offer emotional coherence, and unit, with what he had lived in his fetal life, and that has been registered in his memory. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenEn este trabajo se aborda el tema de la violencia padecida por el feto, procurando enfocarla como registro mnésico, como inscripción en búsqueda de representación y con fuerza de destino. La violencia – psicológica y/o física – muestra la incapacidad de los padres a tratar estas cuestiones por vía psíquica. Las autoras toman fragmentos de un caso de terapia familiar psicoanalítica, realizada en un hospital público universitario, con una familia compuesta por los padres y un hijo, Bertolet, de 35 años de edad. Los repetidos accidentes sufridos por Bertolet parecían tener la finalidad de dar a su historia coherencia emocional y unidad, a lo que vivió como sensación en su pasado prenatal y que permaneció registrado en su memoria. |
